BTSI employs three business development specialists who focus on helping clients achieve their business mission by enhancing strengths and overcoming weaknesses in their sales, management, and executive team.

Founder and CEO
Randy Gangaloo is President and Founder of Breakthrough Selling, Inc Business Development firm which specializes in sales force evaluation and development and is an authorized licensed affiliate of the Sandler Sales Institute®. He utilizes the only management development curriculum that is Ranked #1 by Enterpreneur magazine.
Randy brings over two decades of sales training, sales management and consulting experience to the marketplace and he coaches non-traditional selling and management strategies.
Randy began his sales career in 1980 developing sales through manufacturer's reps covering the USA. As Product Manager he was instrumental in developing, positioning and marketing several multi-million dollar product lines. As an International Sales Manager he developed an extensive manufacturer's rep network throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Randy energizes sales, sales management training, and business development training with a combination of case studies, anecdotes, and humor. He inspires and entertains to help sales professionals achieve their own personal "next best level" of performance. He effectively combines street savvy with corporate insight into his training, coaching, and mentoring for CEOs and business owners.
A frequent speaker for professional and trade association, Randy has been featured in several publications including Professional Selling, Instrument Society of America, and M&C.
Mike joined Breakthrough Selling in 2002.
Mike began his sales career in 1986 and quickly moved into sales management. He has sold and
managed salespeople in three different industries and in both small businesses and large
corporations. Most recently, he was Manager-Sales Development for a Fortune 150 company,
where he helped implement a complete selling system, as well as provided training and coaching
to General Managers, Sales Managers, and Salespeople from over ten different business units.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in economics and has trained with
some of the most recognized names in the country.
